We Welcome Your Furry Family Members to Our Community.

$375.00 fee for one pet, $750.00 fee for two pets; two pets maximum per apartment

$20.00 pet rent; per pet/per month

Pets over 45 lbs. are restricted to ground floor apartments. Please note there are no one bedrooms on the ground floor.

No aggressive breeds

We offer 6 or 12 month leases. Please add $350.00 to 6 mo. leases.

One Bedroom- $50.00
Two Bedroom- $60.00
Three Bedroom- $70.00

$25 Valet Trash Fee Required for All Units

Security deposit (refundable) or bond purchase (non-refundable) amount depends on credit rating report; options as follows:

PASS- $175.00 bond purchase or $600.00 security deposit
PASS W/ CONDITIONS- $350.00 bond purchase or $1,500.00 security deposit
FAIL (RESTRICTIONS APPLY) $700.00 bond purchase or $3,000.00 security deposit.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER

Renter’s insurance is required of all Reunion | Township tenants. Proof must be shown before move-in.

Reunion | Township prohibits smoking inside any apartment home and all indoor/outdoor amenities.

We are a Comcast cable or internet property. Satellite dishes are approved under certain circumstances.
